{Sheree: Just for Fun!}

The photo shoot with Sheree was planned last minute, and lasted all of 15 minutes! But the timing was perfect as the sun was just setting! And thankfully no more mosquitoes at this time of year!

I can't believe how much my little sister is growing up! Sometimes I think she even surpasses me in maturity :/  haha. Enjoy the pictures of Sheree!

{Marilee:Just for Fun!}

I don't know what I'm going to do when I get married someday and have to function without my mom and sisters on a daily basis. Especially when it comes to photography! I'm constantly asking if they have any ideas for pictures, props, locations...what they think of the colouring of this certain picture...which are their favourite pictures that  I should post....which picture is nicer, this one or this one?....does this one look better in black and white or in colour?...etc, etc. Since my sisters are such a big help, I figured I owed them both a photo shoot! :) Enjoy the pictures of my pretty, fun-loving sister Marilee!

{Newborn: Nicole}

Meet sweet baby Nicole! She was the first newborn that I have ever photographed that fell asleep for more than a minute or two! I have to admit that I'm not a pro at photographing newborns! It is much harder than it looks! But Nicole made my job easier than usual! Enjoy!

 my fav shot! :)

Amy, thanks for letting me take pictures of Nicole! Hope you like them!

A special thank you to my awesome Auntie 'A' who borrowed me a bean bag and all kinds of blankets and material scraps and things for my newborn shoots this summer!

P.S. I am working on developing a Newborn Guide so that when you ask me to capture your newborn, I can just email you my list of ideas, and do's and don'ts for preparing for your baby's first photos!

{Sneak Peak}

Quick sneak peak of my pretty sisters! :) More to come! I'm slowly getting caught up on my editing!

I have to admit that in the last 6 months especially, I have been learning so much more about taking good pictures! I think my posing has improved as well as my knowledge of my camera and settings, etc. I am spending a lot of time working on improvement of my photography skills. Every time I have a photoshoot, I learn something more. I definitely still make my share of mistakes, though, and have a long ways to go! I welcome any constructive criticism that anybody might have for me!
